Articulation and Credit Transfer
ACU National is active in establishing links and formal arrangements, or articulation agreements, with external higher education bodies and registered training organisations (RTO’s).
An articulation agreement specifies an agreed amount of credit a student will receive from one course of study to another (credit transfer). Articulation offers students a great opportunity to plan their learning pathway from certificate and diploma courses right through to undergraduate and postgraduate degree study at ACU National.
Students can apply to have their previous study recognised even if a formal agreement with an accredited education provider doesn’t exist. Your application for credit towards your chosen course of study at ACU National will be considered once you have enrolled.
ACU National also provides an opportunity for non-formal and informal learning to be recognised for the purposes of entry or obtaining credit towards an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification. For more details, see our
Recognition of Prior Learning Policy.
