The Strategic Review Committee, under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor, has undertaken a review of the University’s Strategic Plan 1999 – 2008. The revision reflects the findings of the Audit undertaken by the Australian Universities Quality Agency in 2002, takes into account important achievements since the release of the earlier Plan and is informed by the recent outcome of the Crossroads Review.
All staff were invited to provide comment on the revised Plan and the Plan was further modified in light of that comment.
The Strategic Review Committee endorsed the Revised Strategic Plan 1999 – 2008 at its meeting on 14 July 2003. The Plan will now be submitted to Senate for formal ratification at its meeting of 25 September 2003.
