Faculty of Education Research Profile

The Faculty of Education is committed to promoting research and scholarship, to supporting research and scholarship by staff and students and to enhancing the standing of the Faculty through its scholarly and research activities.

The Faculty has long and successful research partnerships with a range of Catholic organisations including schools, Catholic Education Offices, religious orders and overseas institutes of education. Further recent development of its research strengths has meant that partnerships have also developed with the broader education community and now involve research teams of Faculty staff and students working with other community partners, governments at the state and federal level and agencies from the private sector. Enrolment in a research degree at ACU National's Faculty of Education is invited from students of all backgrounds and interests.


Funded Research

The growing research expertise in the Faculty is demonstrated by the Faculty's increasing success in attracting research funding. The Faculty has been successful in attracting not only national competitive grant funding but also funds from a range of government and corporate partners.
