The ACU National Student Ambassador Program extends the leadership opportunities available to undergraduate students while they study.

Working directly with student recruitment officers, student ambassadors are involved in a wide range of activities to promote the University to prospective students and the broader community. Among other things, they represent ACU National at careers and education expos, visit secondary schools and conduct campus tours.

Students accepted into the program have a wide range of opportunities to develop their public speaking, communication, team participation and organisational skills. Formal and on-the-job training is provided, and student ambassadors are paid for their work.

Eligibility

The program is generally intended for undergraduate students in their 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of study. Student ambassadors must possess a current driver’s licence and have access to the use of a car covered by compulsory third party insurance.

Student ambassadors are sometimes required to attend evening and weekend events so must be available to work flexible hours.

How to apply

Contact the student recruitment officer at your campus for more information.
